Nice ride. I too am from the Great Lakes region and enjoy riding in the black hills. Plan to attempt to do this 2 up this summer after we visit glacier.

Did you upload maps onto your Garmin or where they already on it? I have a Garmin Tread and was wanting off road maps for the Black Hills area Thanks

I only had to upload the specific tracks for the BDRx. But the roads were already on the Garmin Map, just had to add the BDRx tracks so we knew which roads to take to follow the route.

Where did you park your vehicles, while riding?

We booked hotel stays at the Rushmore Express Inn in Keystone for the first and last day of the trip and they allowed us to leave our trucks there on the days in between.
