Nice rocks, that is a lot and completely different than agate hunting on the beach. Great time lapse and drone photography. It's very cool to see on top of those rocky outcroppings where you could never walk up to.

+Timothy J. Marsh thanks Tim!!!we were in awe of how many agates there were!!! Weather was perfect temperature wise and made for some great time lapse for sure!! It was so windy up above those outcroppings.... if you watch closely you can see the drone being pushed around by the wind! I wanted to get closer on my drone flight but didn’t dare! Always happy to see you pop up in our feed! Dave is getting good at this drone stuff and learning the camera equipment 😃

@@oneadVANtureatatime Yes, Dave is some good help. You should definitely keep him around. I am really impressed by your camera shots and how much you both have learned in such a short time. I always look forward to seeing your videos pop up on my gmail. Take care and keep up the good work.

Hello! For future videos…. If you check out our video descriptions, we usually give coordinates and sometimes a brief description of the area. Here is the video description for this video: Coordinates 32.8641074, -109.3947238 We spend a week boondocking & hunting for fire agates just outside Safford, Arizona at the Black Hills rock hound area. Drone footage of the area and a peek at what we find.

Always blown away by the scenery out in the desert. So different from what I am used to in the northeast. So jealous of BLM land - nothing like that where I am. :-(

I like all of the places you visited, but I have reservations about several things. Where ever I am I would want cell service and/or be surrounded by at least four other couples for several reasons. If there are predators that may or could harm you whether animal or human. If there is an emergency due to health or vehicle not starting or running leaving you stranded. It's important to be safe where ever you are located. I would always carry some cash due to power outage, ATM down, etc. Cash is accepted everywhere; credit cards are not such as family restaurants. I would carry some type of weapon, a machete, baseball bat, even wasp spray is good for up to 20' away and burns the eyes. I know there are states/counties that it is illegal to carry a gun, therefore, you don't want to be arrested or have your van impounded. Please be safe; it's amazing the # of missing persons each year in America alone with very few every found. Don't want to scare you. Great scenery and videos. Many Blessings!!!!

Thank you! We use to backpack in the backcountry for a week at a time so we are comfortable about being alone in the middle of nowhere. That said, it's always good to be prepared just like you said 😀 Having your home with you seems to add comfort and some safety. Take care and stay warm.
