My parents divorced about 6 years ago when I was 12. My mom and I moved to Chicago from Florida right after the divorce. This song brings back memories of when we would sit on the couch late at night and my dad would play this song on the guitar. Brings me back to a peaceful moment in my life when they weren't fighting all the time and everything was calm.

Great song! I’ve been both the one left behind and the one who leaves. Both hurt but at times it’s necessary. Especially when you DON’T open up completely about yourself BEFORE marriage. If you hold back the marriage becomes a recipe for disaster. I had a most excellent marriage for so many years so I was quick to leave when experiencing a one sided bad one . Thanks for the song I love it and love the introduction to this (new to me) band.
