I’m curious man I really got into cigars but same time I’m there are possible health risk to it so i usually do it maybe 3 times a month 4 at most but my question is seems like you smoke one daily for review any health issues?

I have smoked on and off for the last 20+ years. Since starting the channel I average about 4-6 cigars per week.

@GhoulGamingXD So long as you don't make it a habit to inhale the smoke, which with cigars you should never be doing anyway, the health risks are very minimal when compared to something like cigarettes. Cheers! - Patrick

I would think about it like everything else. If it brings you enjoyment, lowers your stress, not hurting others, and you can afford it, you should do it. There have been moments throughout my journey I’ve gone months without having a cigar and times where I’ve had 4-5 in a single day. It is much different than cigarettes as you’re not inhaling, you feel a lot better than when you overindulge on booze and in my opinion, makes you overhaul your mindset productively. I look at it as a beneficial hobby.

@@MasterYourAshI see yes of course I do not inhale them but I really do enjoy them I guess it’s as you say I’ll just keep it occasional 😅 but glad to know it shouldn’t be tooo compared to cigarettes
