It was the first day as the new chief of police for a calm and reserved black officer. However, his plans for a fair and just police force were quickly challenged by a racist and corrupt officer, as well as his rookie partner. However, they had no idea that the man they harassed was their new police chief and he let them know that he wouldn't tolerate their toxic behavior. Did the two men change their ways and become worthy of wearing the badge or were the chief's efforts in vain?

I would like to take time out to appreciate Mikey for standing up to speak the truth. Time and again, he confronted the sergeant saying that this is clearly corruption and that's not how police officers deal, that's how robbers do. If robbers go on to become cops, then the safety of people would remain as a toy in the hands of the powerful. Easy way to handle this: fire them both, have their certification revoked for cause so they can't simply work in another department elsewhere. Bring both up on charges and recommend the maximum punishment because cops know better.

He is a reserve police officer, but his treatment by his white superior just for being black and accused of stealing!!! The sergeant got his shock when the junior officer found the badge showing Chief!!! These officers need to behave properly, rectify their attitude and help people in trouble not harass others!!! This would be better if the Sergeant doesn't try emptying a victim's bag instead of returning it!!! This will end in the dismissal of the police sergeant, Mike was already the moral compass!!! Ouch!!!
