Dear Hamza, for surface black marking on stainless steel, you will need to use a negative focus, And the suggested parameter is Speed 600, Power 50%, Frequency 40. Then you could have a try again. And I will be glad to get your feedback again.

Dear Zizer, wow, I5 is quite good configuration for running a EZCAD 2 software. It is even good enough for a EZCAD3 software. Our standard computer configuration for yunning a EZCAD2 software is: CPU: Intel CPU processor G5905 Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H410M-K ; Hard Disk: Kingston 240G SSD; Memory module: Kingston 4G; Display:21 "LCD; Version: Win 10 （64bit). Dear Zizer, what problem you have for running the EZCAD2 software? And it might be the problem of the EZCAD2 software on your machine?

Good. Is your machine of mopa laser or not mopa? If not mopa, you will need to work with Negative focal length for marking black on stainless steel.

Ah, I see, like the machine it the video too, not mopa. Then you could work with negative focus length 6-8mm, and Speed 500, Power 60%-80%, Frequency 100, Hatch 0.03 or 0.01, to mark black on stainless steel. You could have a try.
