1. For those who wanna know, I'm using 500K pots here which are wired in what used to be my rhythm circuit 2. Yes, confirmed these will be available in standard humbucker size (*not standard wide range size) as well as JM size, and available as bridge/neck singles or as a set.

Honestly I've only played real cunifes once or twice so I really couldn't compare them, but these definitely get in the ballpark and sound fantastic IMO

I’m almost completely sold, but I’ve promised myself that my next guitar build would be a baritone. Any word on how well they deal with extra low tunings?

Tbh I’ve not had a chance to try them with anything lower than maybe D standard, but in terms of the voicing I think they’ve got a good amount of low cut that would help with the clarity on a baritone. As far as the output I guess it just depends what you play-they’re def not heavy/chuggy but I could see them working well with lower gain baritone stuff in the indie/alt rock realm. I’d hit up Black Mass about the finer details though!

They’re definitely pretty distinct from each other but personally I’d say if you lean toward heavier/more aggressive sounds, go Between Worlds, or go wide range if you hang out more in the lower/medium gain territory

ever compared these to other wrhb’s? i had lollars in a guitar and they were immaculate, and i have one being built now with mcnelly’s.

The neck pickup seems much brighter than their between worlds neck pickup. Is this KZbins fault or is that how it sounds in the room as well?

They have a similar amount of brightness, just a different amp from the BW demo (technical issues) plus just my oversight after 6ish months since the BW demo. Hope to do some kind of more controlled, direct comparison sometime but the BW is generally a bit rounder/brighter with less midrange than the WRHB

I wish I had time to offer lessons but I unfortunately just don't at the moment, though I hope to post some more blog-style articles about my playing style on Patreon, in addition to the tabs I post there (I do also have a tab for this intro track up there if ya missed it)
