Windows used automatic repair! It failed. Windows fainted.

But of course there are definitely moves I missed that would damage either side, like why would windows use anti-virus if user didn't have an attack called virus. Also, since an OS can't really damage a human, stat drops of user=damage to user. Which means ads, which lowered user's speed, had caused damage to user. Finally, this battle could have gone a lot longer, this sequence of moves by user is the most optimized way of defeating this boss.

And windows has a possibility of using repair disk after automatic repair if its health doesn't reach zero, which would succeed. That is why user ended a system process before deleting system32. If user hadn't. even after the massive defense drop from deleting system32, the failing of restart and automatic repair would have left windows at 1hp, and repair disk heals all damage. The defense drop from ending a system process allows the two fails to bring Window's health down to 0 and make it faint.
