So i tried playing this. ... My piano broke in two, my fingers are bleeding and i think they're 'slightly' crushed, the keys are all black now (except for the original black ones, they're dark black), i'm pretty sure i broke all the windows, i think the steel wires are on fire, and i vaguely smell crushed concrete floor/ceiling. All in all, could have ended worse... ^^

This actually seems pretty easy to play, as the way the notes pass are designed to make it look quicker and more confusing. Once you eliminate the vocal parts (I usually sing along with my keyboard playing), the unnecessary additions and the like, it's pretty simple.

You either slow time, or find a way to overclock your body. Of course, if you do overclock your body you'll have a heckuva lot of health issues. Or you could 'layer' play it. Play parts of the song individually, then use either a computer, or studio sound equipment to link/ blend the clips together.
