As a christian woman, I know that Israel in the future will have to return to HaShem. Too many are factual non-believers and rely on foreign nations, their own knowledge and capabilities or diplomacy. Only ahaShem can save his chosen people. Praying for Israel and the Jewish people to reconnect with Thora. I have started studying the old testament myself since 2015. Is is really so full of wisdom. ✝️❤️🇮🇱

My dilemma-grew up in an orthodox Jewish home (father died when I was 7 years old), decided to go to an orthodox Jewish secondary school (grades 10-12), followed the Hindu faith for several years, became a messianic christian for about 8 years ( had many heated debates with different Rabbis, started following Buddhism but the ritual component put me off, as a scientific type thinker I read all Sam Harris’s books that made a lot of sense to me-I now define myself as a Jewish atheist who tries to maintain the values associated with the Torahs teaching-based on my 70 years on this planet I am convinced that following a formal religion will never work for me. I have lived, travelled and worked in the Middle East for 5.5 years-2007-2012 (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Oman, Israel) and the company I worked for in Qatar had 94 different nationalities. Since 7 Oct 2023 I have felt more Jewish than ever in my life, despite defining myself as a Jewish atheist-is that my phase 2; i.e. sense with fullness/faith in the creator of the universe-that you are referring to?

It has never gone away. Those who thought it was gone were kidding themselves. If you talked about the Shoah before October 7 some Jews would deride you and tell you to stop going on about that. We can dig our heels in, fortify and strengthen ourselves, unite, and prepare for whatever Hashem has for us. This is not superficial. We are challenged to push ourselves to grow, develop and break through to a new experience of ourselves, our learning, our role, our guidance, and our connection with the Universal Consciousness Hashem. There is so much more for us and our spirituality.

if we are honest with ourselves, we will realize that idol worship has not been fully eliminated---not by a long shot: Instead of Hashem, His Torah, and the land of Israel, we worship other things simply by giving undue credit and our attention to these things, and by so doing, this is , indeed IDOL WORSHIP: things like; our own mental acumen, technology, doctors, lawyers, finances, politicians, vaccines, medicine, sports figures, Hollywood celebrities, hobbies, specialists in every area, and the list goes on and on ---instead of searching to get to know the Cause of all causes and follow His every word, as expressed in the gift He gave us---His holy Torah.

However l'd love you to answer a couple of problematic points that your content "activated" in me: How do you explain muslim jew hatred with the same analogy? I dont see their void in their context? How do you explain jewish void in for example the roman times? They were definetely not secular and lost in thwir faith? And finally, dealing with antisemitism. My most problematic point is, how do I ensure the safety of my family and myself from the threat this massive antisemitic supertide poses? Thank you for your message anyways, I'd love to hear your opinion of the points mentioned above.

@plonialmoni0110Күн бұрын
Antisemitism can be from not extracting the value of other Jews that have different perspectives (as you said in so many words). However, what if it’s bigger than that? What if antisemitism is growing because there’s not enough religious Jews bringing Torah into the world; teaching not only to Jews but to the nations. People fear what they do not understand. Teach Torah to the nations instead of explaining away reasons to put an end to antisemitism. How else are the nations to keep the Feast of Booths? Zec 14:19 This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. Talmud, Sanhedrin 59a An objection: Rabbi Meir would say: From where is it derived that even an idolater who engages in Torah study is considered like a High Priest? It is derived from that which is stated: “You shall therefore keep My statutes and My ordinances, which if a man does he shall live by them.” (Leviticus 18:5). It does not say priests, Levites, and Israelites shall live by them, but rather “a man,” which indicates all of mankind. You have therefore learned that even an idolater who engages in Torah study is considered like a High Priest!

I am perplexed, doesn't the words "antisemitism" includes the Arabs also? Isn't it properly, according to the truth of history, hatred of the Yehudim. For myself, this brings clarity to this issue.
@RabbiNirMenussi3 ай бұрын
Yes, the correct term should be "sin'at Yisrael", hatred of Israel, i.e. Jews or the Jewish nation. The term "antisemite" was invented by German thinkers who influenced the Nazis, in an attempt to veil both its hateful element ("I don't hate, I'm just 'anti'"), and the fact that it's specifically directed towards Jews ("I'm not against Jews but against 'semitic' races/culture in general").
