Yeah, two phases is just man. Had to learn to beat the first phase of the fight without any help of spells or using spirits. I just used light and heavy attacks (although I would sometimes throw in 1 use of immobilize during the first phase since I would have enough mana for the second phase.) (and I’d do it at the beginning to build up enough attacks to then use immobilize as soon as I got to his snake form)

3rd try done, after feeling hopeless starting out this game is getting easier. Somehow managed to beat like 6 bosses today. I’m not convinced it’s the most satisfying game tho I’m really just here for the visuals

Up until this boss, the game has been so brutal for me. I've literally sat there in contempt, questioning myself, "Why even bother?" 😅 But my stubbornness won't let me walk away, so I take long breaks and try again. I keep tweaking my skill trees to counterattack, and things seem to be a little more manageable in chapter 2. I only need to beat the tiger and whatever is behind the tally door, which I imagine is a boss, too? Unfortunately, I didn't know about the rat kings spirit and his son ate him up 😅, what a punk!

I beat him, then my game crashed during the cut scene and I had to re fight him. I did it twice it a row, thank god.

The P2 transition seems to be completely random for me, i've had it happen at 90% or 70%

I found if I use the fire transformation before his HP hits the 50% mark. That tends to trigger his fire stage early 😅

I think you can have it 4 (2 after second boss and 2 buying it at that bonfire) and maybe, but idrk, you can farm it from frogs even tho has a low chance to drop

This boss is absoulatly no joke.. Hardest by far I faced n I beat every single in the first chapter. I was stuck here easy 3hours yesterday and another 1 and half to 2 hrs today finally just chilled the fuck out and use abit more strategy to keep him in stun alot. But dam that was felt good.. As if 8 won the lotto 😂

I felt the same way sometimes you just need a break I feel the more mad I got the quicker I died I wouldn’t hate a easy mode either but just try to stay calm and read the bosses moves gotta play these games like chess I die every boss fight but just try to remember the moves and when you figure it out it is satisfying but I was saying the same thing yesterday the serpent guy with 2 lives beat me 25 times I was ready to run through the wall but eventually got it
