No matter how many ng+ u do, the damage hardly changes. Plus he's just using wukong armor, not any special ones like the bull king set & staff. Most I got my damage to was 257.

I'm sure you probably already did this by now but all you have to do is take some pills that help with stamina and use the fire cloak to be immune to fire damage before you jump on him and just hold on
