I always wanted a game with enemies of different difficulty. Instead of fighting my way to a boss enemies lair, I can find them anywhere through my travels. I loved Sekiro due to it constant challenge and fast pace. Now this and Phantom Blade bring more of what zo love.

I feel like we haven't seen a "ton of spells & builds" but the fact that they're saying that's the case is hopeful. Still waiting for full reviews to make sure there are a high # of options & that this really isn't a souls-like which it does still look like to me. Correct. But its not gonna be as hard as a souls like. It'll be hard but only because it helps tell the story. There will be plenty of accessibility options and spells in the game to help players who may not be accustomed to this style of game. But it plays more like the newer God of war games mixed with the newer jedi games

The lack of multiplayer or much in the way of exploration in a mission based format make this much less exciting than a Soulslike or even what we've come to expect from more recent action games. Of course there will be a lot of streamer coverage like this and inevitably OP strats and cheez for each fight before the nerf patches kick in, but this still looks like it is just going to give me repetitive stress disorder on my hands. You did say "areas are big and contain a lot of secrets" but that doesn't fit with what others have said.

@@celphalonred1999 That wasn't my point. I'm currently playing Pikmin and completed Ori before that and I play a lot of other single-player games. That said, most of those are "won and done" games and longevity of souls like and action RPGs comes from co-op and PvP multiplayer. Sekiro is something I revisit after I forgot most of it, while I fire up Bloodborne or ER, etc. just to co-op on a regular basis, just like I'm more likely to play GTA Online for 30 minutes than restart GTA V story mode.

the devs said at the very beginning of the development, so like 4 years ago, that if you rush through the main story that will get you 15 hours of playtime. 4 years ago... no one has any more recent data about the length of the game... when you have 80+ bosses and 160+ enemy types I doubt that would fit into 15 hours just saying
