There's an optional area in chapter 4 where you can get the Golden Needle by beating Duskveil he's at the end of the optional area. The Golden Needle helps against the last boss in ch 4 by nullify his spell when he's low on health. To get to the optional area you first have to fight the Venomous Daoist twice. Once when he's in The Pool of Shattered Jade and the Second time is a little past The Temple Of Yellow Flowers.

Im playing it slowly and easy cos im 46. Not too many game time. Im in chapter 3 now. I find that most of the bosses are not that hard to beat. You need to be farming and find the special weapons first. When fighting, go all out attacking and fully utilise your special ability. Im using the wandering wight on all bosses.

Same here im also playing slow and take my time tend often explore each coner i can lookign for something or missing things, try often NOT to walk to the main story and bosses sometime it bit guessing but overall i can see where to backtracking like when you find a Shrine they tend be going to some diracstion. If i need farm a bit i will farm i did with chp 1 (mostly) & 2 too before going to the chp3 where im now (just afther ice dragon battle)

I’ve had a clean run until I got to chapter 3. Captain Vise kills me every time! I get him down to 20% health and he one shots me w a laser. I’ve watched strategies, And my level is high enough. terrible camera angles also makes me want to stop gaming. Wukong looks great but really wish there was a difficulty setting for the game

@@crazy-_-Beard My bad the hidden village is past the Pagoda but, you could go back to ch 2 and go to the optional area there. To get to the optional area in chapter 2 you got to do the Drunk Boar quest. He's in Rockrest Flat.

@@crazy-_-Beard Talk to the Drunk Boar in Rockrest Flat. After talking to him go back to The Man-In-Stone he's in Squall Hideout. Buy the sobering stone from him then give it to the Drunk Boar. Talk to the Drunk Boar again. After talking to him again go to Crouching Tiger Temple and on the stairs leading up to the temple will be another Boar on the right hand side. Talk to him he'll say he's hungry. You have to give him some Jade Lotus. Then talk to that Boar he'll say something about a coin then go back to the Drunk Boar he'll have to fight him after the battle he'll open the door to the secret area. Oh each time talking to a character exhausts their dialogue before moving on.
