Millennium Delirious yes but Tyler had thought Marcel gave him the OK to say it, not realising that's not what Marcel meant. But Marcel realised this and let tyler off the hook since he figured he wasn't clear enough on what he said, which is what caused Tyler to misunderstand that Marcel was letting him say it, when he was actually telling Tyler he was prepared to say it for him
