BLACK OPS 3 - HOW TO DOWNLOAD EMBLEMS GLITCH/BUG?!

This shows me "downloading" someone else's emblem in Black Ops 3, from testing it multiple times, this shows that the download feature is in fact hidden away inside the game, just not fully functional.

This happens because originally we were going to be allowed to do this but they took it out. This shows that there was actually a download feature before the game was released

it isn't a bug on why you can't download. it is because of legal issues; the dev's spoke on this subject during one of the interviews

it works only as a "saved emblem" pop up, unfortunately the emblem download process isn't available due to some minor bugs in the paint shop. they are planning to fix it in the near future, however have not addressed it recently...
