As a hardcore player this game is really hard I get hit markers on people and I get one shotted. it’s got inconsistencies sometimes I shoot but the hits don’t register and I die and the shotgun is awful I go to shoot and there’s a delay, movement is too damn quick. I’m currently re installing mw3 but might also go back to mw2

Imagine KZbins censorship algorithm but in a game but instead of it picking up on what's been said in a video in monitors your performance then adjusts it to either make your experience easier or harder. Like that patent they have that makes your weapons have more bullet spread if you're a good player with top tier accuracy. Cod is an abomination mate.

I have been enjoying the game but my god the hit reg is completely broken. The game is nothing but endless hit markers. I’m sure it’s like this because of the 900 algorithms that the game uses but god it’s so endlessly frustrating. Edit: don’t let me forget the completely broken spawns. Domination is completely unplayable. I have had multiple matches where my team has been trip capped and the spawns will never flip.

My main issue with sbmm is the ping I end up getting just so it can make me a lobby. Servers should prioritise ping not sbmm. If I'm playing against someone who has the same skill as me and then you give them the ping advantage.... Then I lose

I’ve had many debates with people on SBMM. I have literally had people tell me: “Its unfair that some people are better than others. We need SBMM to ensure everyone has similar outcomes. That’s fair.” I then try to corner these people’s beliefs around becoming proficient at something. It often ends with people admitting that being proficient shouldn’t mean you have better outcomes than others. Surgeons shouldn’t be paid more than other professions, etc. This is the direction that gaming culture has gone and it’s not going to change because companies will cater to any ideology if it means they make money. In 20 years, it will likely be totally open, discussed, and accepted to have in game A.I. nerf players in real time when they start beating their opponents. As long as every match almost ends in a tie, then no one will have their feelings hurt.

I agree. SBMM and in game manipulation/player protection based off player skill is definitely what has made all recent cods suck to me, especially now that I play more solo then I ever did before. I’m also a very good player, I have over a 2. Kd in every cod with like 3 maybe 4, can’t remember them all anymore, have over a 3. Overall KD. Games definitely rigged and I’m sick of it. Beyond sick. I’m going to be frank, SBMM only sucks for me in regard to connection. I don’t have trouble going against people with skill as it is literally unfair for me to be against people who don’t play often. I have a 1.6 w/l already with a 2.0 kd and consistently average over 50 kills a game in a hundred matches. I party up with my cousin who has a .6 kd and I just absolutely destroy the lobbies until we get a lobby balanced more to my skill. Skill based match making is a headache and does make me get bored and tired sometimes but I don’t think completely removing it solves everything. I could not, in good conscience, shit on tons of low skilled people who play cod for an hour or two a day when they have down time. I play cod and Fortnite daily for at least 4-6 hours a day. It’s simply not fair for them to have to go against super sweats like me and to be honest if you’re in a match getting absolutely destroyed unfortunately you may just be going against genuinely skilled players. That’s just the harsh truth. Players have naturally gotten better as people care more about metas and best load outs, no one hops on cod to hit cross maps and do fun stuff anymore. I’m guilty of being a sweat but, anyone who can’t manage to have over a 1.0 kd needs SBMM to protect them because if not you guys wouldn’t even touch the game. I can post some clips of what my games are like so you can see what it’s like when you are actually dealing with the true SBMM lmao.

For me, some sbmm is necessary, because i'm an average player at best and most of the people who play this game are really good now. I can say this, as i played bo1 a few months ago and really had no fun on it, because there was no sbmm and i was playing people who were a universe better than me. 4 kills per game and constantly ramming my head through the tv screen. I'd uninstalled it within an hour. That's not fair on me. So some sbmm is necessary, in my opinion. But i agree that it's gone too far in the last 4-5 titles, because it is causing lag in games for many players. Ping is not king.

The game is literally rigged to make everyone have a shit KD... the delay I get when trying to shoot a semi auto weapon is awful, the recon perk specialist has ruined the entire game. I'm getting shot by a forehead behind a box or even the delay is that bad I'm shot before he's appeared on my screen. The game is absolutely terrible, not a single map for sniping. The gunsmith is fucking awfull, same attachments for every weapon but have to unlock one whole category, the perk system is awful!! The aim assist flicks on and off when it wants too. Before I can blink I'm dead. I have to shoot someone 4 times to get 2 hit markers, Its not a skill issue as I went from a 3.5KD on MW3 to immediately struggling to go positive. The game is rigged and broken.

I'm so tired of this franchise, it's amazing how the new game just dropped and already we're getting the same complaints from the previous game bleeding into this one. It's gotten to the point to where it's like why even bother, no amount of complaining will get them to change anything because people just hand over buckets of money to them as they complain, why would they change what they're doing while it still remains lucrative for them? What will they change things out of the goodness of their hearts? The community is what ruins these games, whether it be the hackers running rampant and not being dealt with, the streamers using bs hardware/software to maintain an unfair advantage or the KZbinrs who want to milk the game dry for revenue showcasing all the best Meta Gun builds and perks and the best this and that. Call of Duty used to be a game you could play multiplayer for hours upon hours on a weekend even without a squad and enjoy yourself now it's just like 1 or 2 hours a night and your done, it gets boring and you feel like you're just wasting your time and nothing really matters even with the challenges and all that nonsense. Like fuck some of these modes, "Gun Fight" who cares man, stop playing around and just give us "Gun Game" from the jump, they pretend like they don't know what we want and like every game, but they're quick to always talk about statistic and analytics and send out emails to people just because they ranked up in their damn game. I'm sure this came off a little rant like, but i'm just over it and fed up with this same one step forward two steps back routine with these games every year.

The biggest laugh and the metric as a whole where you could measure the idiocy of gamers, as a whole, are those who shout "Its FREE, is on Gamepass, its FREE 🤦‍♂️". Nothing is free, infact you'll pay 3 or 4 times more than the person who buys it outright AND owns and gets to keep if they drop their subscription or the network drops off. Honestly, youd have thought Snakeoil salesmen were a thing of the past, yet here we are. "Ill give you this *thing*, for a mere donation, each and every month, but dont worry...its *FREE*. Oh, dont worry about not paying one month, its still FREE, you just wont have it. Once you pay again, you'll get it again....iTs FrEe". These have to be the same people that give out their bank details when a Nigerian prince asks them to in return for a big return. Idiots of the very highest level. COD fanboys.
