From someone who finally upgraded this summer from the original 2014 Xbox one to series X, they are missing quite a lot. The load times for games is insanely fast, you can finally play gta online on console without insane frame drop, you can play new releases like cod with practically 0 issues- no more unplayable frame drop, game freezes, bugs, glitches, etc etc. Overall, it’s just less and less compromise as you no longer have to put up with crappy ports of new games and deal with the poor gameplay experiences and quality that comes with it

I havent experienced any audio issues, but the rest of your experience is accurate. I surprisingly run the game around 45-60 fps on xbox one, and thats playable. Rarely, ill have an issue that basically locks me to what feels like 20 fps or lower near the end of some matches. 7/10 for the xbox one edition

Idk how it runs on OG Xbox One or One S but it runs really well on my One X. Yes old slow HDD kills the loading times but performance wise it rarely drops frames. My last CoD was BO3 so I was really surprised by the visuals and performance on that console. Im thinking about switching to 2TB SSD but Im not sure yet.
