As of July 30, 2017, this works ONLINE! Select a mission on Realistic with a friend, which will take you to safe house, and sit in a seat. Have the other play try to sit as well! Keep trying if it doesn't work at first, it took us 5 minutes of trying!

For the guys who have a problem to do the glitch: Launch campaign with your 2 accounts. Use the computer to launch dead ops arcade 2 and watch the cinematic. When the game start, just end it and do what you see in the video. The glitch always worked with this method

Okay I tried this ALL night long last night and thought it was patched, but what I found what works best, is as SOON as player 2 loads into safehouse, go to the chair to sit down asap, and then use player 1 to sit down in same chair

BalancedTerror9 Well the first time I did it was a friend came in and helped. We finished it but no calling card. They say you might have to do it again, so when I came across this video, tried it, and it worked. I would say try again, different profile to help and it should work

BalancedTerror9 One more thing, the one who's not in God mode should hide in corner on the back side when you first spawn in. This time when I did it I made sure the second profile didn't die. Make sure the attention is on the one with God mode and don't die. Think that was key

Still works 15th December 2017, I did it today. It won't work most of the time... If nothing is happening when you hold square/x you need to back out of the game to the main menu, reload and eventually it will work. I did it with two controllers/split screen in online mode

NLR7 31 Um I want to beat the game on veteran without dying or restarting. Wanna do it just make sure u got self revive and we both cover and kill everyone before moving forward. And make sure we restock from the weapon crate so we refresh our self revives. Please do this with me. Should be easier in coop cuz we can revive each other by turning invisible before one of us dies if getting down in coop counts as a death than well just make sure we got selfrevive cuz that doesn’t count as a death.
