Kill Monger is definitely a tragic character. Unfortunately he couldn't be redeemed because he couldn't forget the suffering of others past and present. He had a good heart, but it ended in him doing bad things, so it was a very interesting character angle.

This film keeps striking me in the heart. I tell this to pretty much every reactor, but before this movie came out, my grandfather passed away. I had a dream where I was wandering around in a park. I see this steps towards the sky and there was my grandfather, coming down to greet me. We embraced as I sobbed and told him how sorry I was for not being there to say goodbye. He simply smiled and told me that it doesn't matter and that he still loved me and will always watch over me. He then returned to Heaven so I would wake up with tears rolling down my face. The ancestral plane scene always makes me think of that dream. Chadwick was a great man who truly brought Black Panther to life. I wish I could have met him along with Stan Lee. To many of us, Chadwick will always be the King of Wakanda. Rest in Peace, Chadwick, Stan and you too, Grandpa. Wakanda Forever!

They didn’t deserve that nomination, Infinity War and Thor Ragnarok has better cinematography they didn’t got nominated. The only nominations that they deserve it was the costume design and original score, that’s it. The Batman could be the first superhero movie to win Best Picture.

My favorite line from the movie came from Erik (the villain ... who was perhaps not really a villain, but a victim in a way)....when he said ... "They knew death was better than bondage." All of these movies, of course, are make-believe, actors who play heroes with superpowers for our enjoyment and pleasure. However, the way Chadwick Boseman faced his own inevitable demise with such dignity, grace, and courage, is truly a superpower to behold. Rest in peace Chadwick, rest in peace.

His new suit can absorb kinetic energy, you see the purple ring that explode around him when he get shot by the grenade launcher.

This isn't a bad movie, but Black Panther isn't really a Superhero that I enjoy much...just personal opinion. I like a lot of the gadgets and technology presented, but we already had Iron Man for that kind of thing, but I guess they needed Wakanda as an area for future events. Still Good Reactions and I'm glad too see the enjoyment!

@@zo_leo8401 I wish the MCU would have shown a scene with Stark conferring with Wakandan scientists about the use of nano tech before we see him suit up with it in Infinity War. I'm not an expert on the source material for either Iron man or Black Panther so I'm not certain who invented or first used nano tech in their respective suits. Other than the kinetic absorption feature and the vibrainium claws we still don't know much about the MCU black panther suit its other features. But you made a great point about BP not relying on tech as much as Stark.

This comment screams “Tell me you don’t know anything about filmmaking”. Is this movie perfect? No. Is this a top five MCU movie? No. This movie it’s far from being a bad movie. As a filmmaker student I tell you how wrong you are. This movie has good acted scenes, specially from Chadwick. His performance was one of the best as a leading actor in the MCU and the supporting cast was good too. The cinematography, visuals and production value, is one of the best in the MCU, that’s why it got nominated. It has a really good original score, it got nominated and won and even tho the storytelling is not perfect it’s not bad, this movie is a solid 7.5/10 and it is a good movie. I am sorry that your don’t have the knowledge to appreciate it.

Black Panther had good VFX till the last fight and it was because they had some problems with the release date so the VFX team didn’t had time to finish it, but everything else is good. It has good acting, one of the best villain in the MCU, one of the best score and soundtrack, good characters and storytelling. I’m sorry you don’t have the knowledge to appreciate this movie, Black Panther is a 7.5/10 😌
