I like the villain. Well intentioned, climbing out of terrible circumstances, followed by destructive behavior that can even be toxic to those you meant to love most, sense of grandiosity, defensive coping, and refusal to let go of the past. I get it. I tried so hard to relate to the sexy, dedicated, and committed Dora Milaje or to the questioning king, the free spirited love interest, or anyone but it was the villain that resonated to my core. The movie was far from a tearjerker but he represents the human condition or mine atleast and that one scene almost got me. Oddly enough i was ready to hate him, because his hair was stupid and he walked funny during the trailer

Nice Haul! I only have Superhero DVDs/Blu-rays and T-shirts. I have a red Black Panther T-shirt where he is crouching and his shadow looks like a panther. I plan to wear it when I see the movie.

Superhero collectibles. Boy, describing that collection could take some time. I've got a whole mess of DC Superhero Funko Pops. I've got a lot of X-Men stuff. One thing I'm particularly fond of is that I still have one of the promotional posters from when they launched Generation X back in 1994. I also managed to find some old Generation X action figures from the '90s when I was in a used game store a couple years ago. I managed to pick up Skin and Jubilee. Generation X was a big launch when I first started reading comics as a kid and I've always had a soft spot for them. Especially Jubilee. Had a soft spot for her ever since the Fox cartoon (even though she's better in the comics).

In the US the Okoye Funko Pop is a Funko Shop exclusive, so if you want it you'll have to keep an eye on the site for when it goes live. There isn't a set date at the moment but some think it'll be this Friday (today?), maybe around 8am EST. For international people it's available at PopCultcha (Aussie site) right now for pre-order. Funko Shop only ships to the US (not sure about Canada), and PopCultcha only ship anywhere *but* those two countries.
