Well when I think of colonizer, I think of one who is of European (those of like the British, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. who had influence with the slave trade) descent in the Americas; for example, I am a colonizer because my ancestors are from Spain and South Europe during the founding of many countries in latin america. Even then not all white people have direct connections to those who migrated and colonized during the very founding of these countries; like they came after a few generations after the respective nations were founded and had nothing to do with colonizing it. It's the same how not all black people in America are all direct descents of the slaves brought from Africa; some may be the first few gens of being American, Canadian, Colombia, Argentina, etc. I only happen to know my own history because I took an ancestry DNA test and found that most of my family line is from south america and the Caribbean.

I heard a white woman shout, "You go Girl!" at one of my showings when that happened. I know it isn't much, but seeing that scene and the *whole damn movie* rip apart both racial *and* gender division was a beautiful sight.

@@hkr0065 It did not rip it apart. Black Panther actually enforces racial tensions it to some degree. Just look at how many times the black people in the audience clapped whenever a white person was put down for what their ancestors did. Not to mention they cheered for all the black actors in the credits, but stayed dead silent when Martin Freeman and Andy Serkis appeared. Martin Freeman is an extremely popular actor, but they don't care.
