I love your reviews. I’m a white male but I understand what this means to African American people especially. Especially the young kids who lost their hero in Chadwick. Such a large loss and it’s devastating, it really is. Yet they’re gonna do him Justice. I have a large tattoo of Black Panther on my right arm and I give away toys at all Marvel movies I attend. So I bought a few Black Panther Legends figures and a couple Funko pops of Chadwick to give away on the 11th. I can’t wait for that and the movie. Again I really enjoy you two. 🤔Hello guys can someone please explain why M’Baku said that Namor’s people called him Kukulkan feathered serpent God when namor isn’t a Mayan, but a teleocan who are Aztec descendent, so I thought he was supposed to be Quetzalcoatl the Aztec god and not Kukulkan

Good question...but from my understanding of looking this up...Kukulkan is closely related to Quetzalcoatl . So maybe for the sake of the origin of Namor in the MCU, they meshed them together. To incorporate both.

It should not be that complicated to identify the individual within the black panther suit, or behind the mask. If the writers ✍ really did their research and understand African culture, spiritual practices, and symbolism behind African tribal facial paintings. You must know that African tribal facial tattooing or painting are personalized to a specific individual belonging to a particular tribe and represents their spiritual connection with the gods and ancestors, so that they African facial tattooing or painting cannot be shared or replicated with another tribal member. So that beings us back to the question of who’s in the suit?🤔 100% it is Shuri. Because the mask has Princess 👸🏾 Shuri’s spiritual markings That is how it works in my culture. And majority of African culture 👍🏾

Interesting that there's been relatively little of Nakia/Lupita across both trailers! Slight worry about Namor's VFX when he flies. Coogler for Secret Wars if he knocks this out of the park?! Give me the practicality of the BP water tanks with a little VFX augmentation infused with meso-american culture all day over the Aquaman CGI overload complete with a drum-playing octopus. Michael Waldron just got the Secret Wars writing gig - not excited for that :(
