I mean Bucky ate his punches no problem as well. Except he put T’Challa down with a punch to the chest. T’Challa had to use a whole kick to make him fall off that railing. Even then WS got up so freakin quickly, showing he wasn’t really damaged at all. But he had a different goal in mind according to Zemo’s instructions, and T’Challa wasn’t his current target to kill, just someone getting in the way. Hence why he was just trying to leave the fight.
