Mid 2000s games have a certain look that is very Nostalgic. The very early PS2 games looked like upscaled PS1 games like Devil May Cry 1 but after some time PS2 games developed their own identity. You can find that look in games like NFS MW, Burnout Revenge, Prince of Persia WW, GTA SA and Black is probably the best example of this "Grey/Brown Haze" effect. It makes those old low-poly PS2 games look good with an artistic flair. Funny enough, i remember getting KillZone after watching a gameplay footage of this. Because for some reason, i thought Black was Killzone cus they both feel the same.

Alcuni livelli di killzone hanno la grafica da ps1 Black invece e' nettamente superiore con una grafica favolosa in tutti i livelli. Killzone lo hanno pubblicizzato molto a differenza di black. Ha vinto black che resta il miglior FPS della ps2
