I have this watch too. I increased the vibrations in the settings of the watch itself and now they are ok. The downside for me is that the main dial sometimes turns automatically against the hand and changes the selected watch face.

I have given away this watch as I got back my Huawei Watch 3 pro, but from what I remember it was in the mobile app, you had to login with your chat GPT account. Issue is as I mentioned that it was paid option back when I was testing this watch
