Sad to see no one commented!!! Can imagine the pains you have taken in making this video. I have XUV 500 W10 2016 done 83+k kms, luckily haven't faced this issue, always followed the 1 minute rule of Turbo, regularly changed oil around 12k kms interval, occasionally cleaned MAF Sensor. Its running beautiful. Thanks for such a detailed video!

It is a nice & informative video though. You see I too have the same issue & me too went through so many services yet no relief. Now I too have to try your way let's see change the Turbo & EGR Valve completely. I have another issue as the Auto Start Stop even though shows on the cluster when activated however the engine does not stop. Please tell me if you have any idea. I own a 2013 XUV 500 W8

Same problem with me pickup drop and black smoke in my xuv500, but I search the solution on KZbin what it is the problem and lost of mechanical brothers make videos on on this problem and almost all say's the solution are change the vaccum modular and problem solve 👍 and really it's true. I just changed that part vacuum modular and my problem solved 👍 and repairing cost is 5000 Rs. 👍 I just say ki KZbin is the perfect platform for all solutions 👍💞

Bro meri gaadi mein same problem hai….Start ho rahi hai par no pickup at all…10km/hr ki speed bhi badi mushkil se aa rahi and race dene par kala dhua de rahi…Abhi tak iska EGR Valve change kra chuka hu 4500/- par fir bhi koi farak nahi uske baad Manifold clean krwaya hai par manifold bahut zyada ganda nahi tha … mujhe bhi lag raha koi aur fault hai

Xuv 500 2013 w8 second hand kharidi hai 3lakh me same yahi smoke ana start ho gya... Toh ye turbo change karane ke baad sahi ho sakti hai or kya worth hai 4 lakh tak 2013 model ye

XUV 500. 1. Problem no.1 - Air intake hose pipe meh engine oil ata hai. Oil seh hose pipe bhek jata hai. New turbo, new air filter, new PCV fitted magar problem solve nahi huwa. 2. Problem no. 2 - idle running meh 3500 rpm meh kala duwa deta hai. Aur 3 gear peh shift karteh sameh kala dhuwa phekta hai. Running meh 1000 seh 1500rpm Tak engine ticking sound deta hai aur 2000rpm pahunch teh he silent and smooth hojata hai and no smoke also. Please advise
