One thing that would be good for your operation if you get big enough is to make a shaker table. I’ve seen worm composting farms use a trummel or a round thing with a screen that goes in circles. That might work for bsfl if you use a small enough screen. Or you use a sawsall equipment. It’s an electric saw that’s hand held that goes back and forth. A guy used that to connect to a screen table that was suspended in the air. He’d put worms on it and the vibrator would shake the screen so worms would slide down the screen as the screen was slightly slanted but the compost would fall straight through. You could make a shaker device that’s 100% human powered ive seen too just suspended and then rocked back and forth to filter material.
