I remember when Ghana gained fame after the 2006 World Cup. Afterwards every Ghanaian born in the diaspora wanted to visit Ghana. The black stars made Ghana famous! Everyone at school who thought Guyana and Ghana were the same nation took note and noted the difference.

WC 2006 to AFCON 2008, that was the best football Ghana have ever played. Appiah Essien + Muntari were so strong. I would've built the whole team around them + dropped Amoah. The Czech game is by far Ghana's best result, but Agogo's winner against Nigeria was special too, but so was Muntari's cracker against Guinea! We also hammered Nigeria again. Those were good times....

Great production. Kudos to the Fentuo and the team for doing this. We can’t end it here. We will need the part two on our success in South Africa and then the final part on the collapse in Brazil. Nyantakyi, Appiah, Painstil, Pappoe and Asamoah Gyan replacing Laryae for subséquent éditions will teach us a lot. Am positive this documentary will gather 1 million views eventually. Great work

Fentuo I think you've learned a lot through this documentary because football game isn't about what you see on the pitch but what really goes behind the scenes.so sometimes when you're doing your analysis on the be considerate be truthful and stop the exaggerating and always stop comparing our football to Europe because we don't compare you to European media

Great documentary. Can there be one on the Starlets 89/91 World Cup? It's fair to say they put us on the world stage as well with their brand of football. Not forgetting the Barcelona 92 U23 football squad that won bronze at the Olympics.

"We never used the black Jersey again. Some Ghanaians said it was a bad luck" by formal GFA president Kwasi Nyan Tarkyi. This statement means that despite his problems, there was some sort of acceptance of Ghanaians opinions. He never threatened any media and journalists or other Ghanaians to sue them when criticising black star like we are seeing today.

Kweku Erbynn Can't say anything now but later why Ghana lost the world cup 2022. I keep on saying "jerseys don't play football but they "contribute in winning cups" It happened to Brazil after their long cup drought and decided to stick to this their present yellow and blue colour. Ghana must go back to the Gold colour with the Black Star on the Gold. Why should you have Black Star on the white colour. The Gold colour with the Black Star on it must be revisited if we want to win African cup. Forget about a black jersey or white/ red jersey- stick to our old jersey that Mali has taken. I appeal to the organisers to go back to our old jersey that makes us ,"Black Stars" Just watch our old stars in the Gold jersey there you will see our football spirit. Let's have our gold jersey down at home- Ghanaian tailor/ seamstress. Are we saying we don't have tailors in Ghana so we have to take it to outside Ghana. We must stop talking about past tense- the old is gone but now we must start planning for "tomorrow " African cup/ next world cup. Many countries that couldn't win the cup have already started planning for the Next world cup_ American .But what is Ghana planning now. Are we even sure of our next coach_ hunting for home made players as we used to do_ under 17 ,20 then promoted to Black Stars _ go back to old plans that Ghana used to follow but not what we do now _ switch over to play for Ghana. No team work but individual players/ names that don't help I suggest Ghanaian organisers must plan ahead now and do away with favouritism but discipline/ truthfulness and Black stars will wake up for our former stars to "walk tall" God Bless Black Stars in our Gold jersey- made in Ghana. Cheers
