No wonder Commander Gaius dies incredibly fast. He's an albinouric so he is weak to holy damage and since he wears multilayered heavy armor he is also weak to strike damage. This weapon was made for him.

PSA gaius is just as weak to holy as putrescent knight but it's less well known for some reason. Spread the word, write down messages to help first timers

I had invader once who gave me second one of these. Since I had two, I decided to level them up and dualwield them. Apsolutely no strength and still made 2000 with lightattacks..

How do you have the sacred affinity with royal knights resolve im confused

Rkr lets you use whatever affinity you like, I have it be sacred here, I had it be on bleed in another video

Insane Is sacred better than heavy for this weapon? I think with 2 handed talisman heavy is better

Heavy will perform more reliably in the base game, whereas sacred will melt things faster in the DLC. The fact it has innate holy split and the follow-up to the guard counter is also holy damage means that sacred will only have a dip in performance between Mountaintops and the Haligtree, while likely outperforming Heavy pretty much everywhere else.

My suggestion is that you start with Sacred and switch to heavy after beating Morgott, and then switch back to Sacred once you've killed Mohg and accessed the DLC. Interesting how the two brothers gatekeep the Holy Resistance threshold.
