It isn't death manipulation nor is he death he just ends things he is the embodiment of the end of all things also his true form is like a eldritch god and nothing can resist it no matter how many immortalities you have or even if you an undead or an inanimate object he can even kill concepts like momentum space time and so much more he is already shown to be able to kill gods also he does not need to say die to kill someone it is an automatic thing as well if someone tries to kill him or even has the intent to they automatically die to protect him this is an exception for his childhood friend robots because he doesn't want to kill them and they are only being ordered to kill him also he can see the intent to kill so he can also see the direction of attacks combine that with martial arts he learns later on he is a really god hand to hand combat fighter also when I use the term kill it is just a general depiction of his will not that he is actually killing them with death but ending their existence on a conceptually level they won't be able to revive reincarnate or even go to an afterlife his range is also infinite so no matter how far or even if your in a different dimension or universe you will still be effected
