cuz of SAM debuff, when he activates "Secondary combustion" State where field is on fire. Healer does still heals but the healing amount is reduce.

Tingyun or asta for this team? Cause asta buff kafka and BS at the same time. BUT tingyun buff are better.

tingyun is better for single target buff but asta enables more turns for black swan to stack up arcana and kafka detonated meaning more damage overral

Asta buffs are on par with Tingyun's buffs though because there are 2 carries on this team: Kafka and Black Swan. Asta buffs everyone's ATK by 70% (so in this team, she buffs 140% because 2 carries) while Tingyun buffs one person's ATK by 50% and it's capped by 25% of Tingyun's ATK. So for ATK% buffs, Asta is ahead of Tingyun by 90% ATK buff and that's assuming Tingyun's ATK buff isn't capped (if she gives less ATK than she should, the difference is larger)
