I love the way Colin didnt change his style, he just never left who he was. Even thinking that he could have been like other artist and paint themselves as women or jokers. He was so speacial and so precious. And on top he was a wonderful songwriter. Im glad thers sitll guys like him in this world

This whole Album - which I believe to be one of Colin's very best deserved far far more attention than it got and indeed is getting (though some people are alert to this wonderful record and deeply deeply treasure it) It is an album that helps me to get in touch with deep deep feelings within me and express them in a safe and deeply cathartic way. As such it is a true gift to me and I think for the same reason to other people with their feelings too.

@@jeanninedeyme7271 I am sorry that my French is not strong enough to reply to you in that beautiful language but thank you so much for replying. I agree with all you say. Many of Colins songs are so beautiful and atmospheric and emotionally sensitive that I feel there needs to be a French movie to go along with them. Have a really really lovely Christmas and a Great 2025 where hopefully the situation in both Britain and France will take a turn for the better. And the whole world too. I strongly believe that the right place for Britain is within Europe . There needs to be an alliance - not division. I think Colin healed and united people tremendously with his singing and music.

If there is one wish I have for 2025 it is that people will stop confusing having righteous hatred with being a moral person. And that people will look to those who are working hard trying to improve the person they see in the mirror and will not look towards those who try and get us to hate people (whether it is black people, Jews, gay people - whoever it is) The road to global hell is paved with righteous hatred. Please take very good care of yourself and may the music of Colin continue to bring you peace and joy.

This is a beautiful song from the 1991 album isn't it Marcel? This song and the whole album kept me going through some very lonely times at Manchester University with people I didn't easily mix with. Colin's music was perfect company though! Thanks for posting. RIP Colin Vearncombe aka Black x
