Since Jonathan's accident, listening to Black Tusk brings on some sad feelings. It's hard to understand how the death of a man I have never met could make me so sad. I miss just knowing that he is existing. Jonathan truly connected with people through his music and he will never be forgotten.

i will always be a huge support of these types of bands! For a while when first getting sober i sorta took a break because they were my "lets get tweaked out or wasted and RAGE!" go to...but these days im able to enjoy it without...bands like this redfang, clutch, high on fire are a dying breed and give me hope that the respect for music wont be lost..its sad to see what music is turning into....no real meaning to it..just drugs, bitches and bragging about what you have..ego has become more important than meaning unfortunately...hoping some come along and carry the torch when it comes time for bands like this to bow out because of age or whatever it be..

Kylesa are absolutely bombastic female and male psychedelic and distorted vocals two drummers usually panned to the right and left of the mix, absolutely amazing. Baroness, high on fire and torche are also fantastic, prog and sludge picks from the south there's dozens more just wiki search for 'sludge metal' man you'll find hundreds of hours of awesome stuff

But alotta people can't seem to find their stuff online,especially Amazon cuz there's like 6000 bands or albums with the #16. But 16 is just the name.so look it up people.albums are entitled...Curves that Kick,Dropout,Zoloft Smile,Bridges to Burn,Deep Cuts from Dark Clouds...and that's the albums of theirs that i own.idk if there are more,but Zoloft & Bridges are the best albums by them.but there all fucking great. this band sounds similar to Mastodon,Red Fang,Neurosis & Beaten Back to Pure as well. check out Alabama Thunderpussy as well
