Girl with the gray is all the way outta there. If she cuts her hair she will go thru a deep depression. Noone should make something that can fall out at any time their whole identity. Kudos to her for being self employed and thriving. This is just the wrong argument

Black women get it on both ends--if they don't have any hair like Jada Smith (and me in the profile photo) or hair like the woman in this video with the thick honey blond hair. But, the times--they are a changin'

Whitewashed Black History: 1854 Founded to stop slavery, Republicans. 1860 Founded to keep slavery, Democrats 1865 Democrats lost Civil War to Republicans. 1865 KKK founded by Democrats in TN and peaking in popularity in 1929. 1939 Democrat Margaret Sanger starts THE NEGR0 PROJECT to lower the Black population in America via eugenics. 1966 The Welfare Act & feminism traded the Black Father for a Federal check. Systemic & institution racism (school boards) THE NEGRO PROJECT is still being 💥whitewashed by the respected Black community to this day. Why? 2023 Black pregnancies terminated at 38%, 20 million dead and counting since 1974. 80% fatherless children, 80% overweight, least likely to marry, most in debt & most divorced... The Black Women THE NEGRO PROJECT, now called Planned Parenthood, destroyed the Black family going from 80% married to 25% since 1966. Downtown Atlanta on Friday night proves THE NEGRO PROJECT worked.

Well, perhaps you should have thought more before recklessly procreating. 80% of black kids grow up on welfare, born to single mothers. Hair isn't the main issue

👁️just being honest..I see why some black people are still bound after so many decades, we are attracted to undiscipline attitudes an we justify many of our dyfunctions, seems the only thing that holds us accountable is uncalled for consequences, pain ,our spilled blood and death, I am a 🖤 Black American, but our race needs a collective miracle of understanding.

Most companies don't want any clothing or hair style that gives off a different image of their company than the way they want people thinking of it. It has nothing to do with race discrimination. But if there's a way to turn it into that ... They certainly will!!

I believe that hair discrimination is an issue. Corporate America does prefer straight hair. I do believe that things get better, but I understand you gotta play the games at times. I understand if a Black woman puts on the wig during the day and take it off after work.

Every employer strives to create the company image they feel will make them successful. In doing so they expect their employees to dress, look, and act a certain way. It's not about you, it's about the company, if you don't like it get a different job.

I hate to tell you this, but a lot of white people get discriminated about their hair in the workplace, too. Especially white men. I'm white and I've been told to cut my cut hair. My long hair it looks like a mop. It's a mess. I find that to be discrimination. By my black bosses, black owners and white bosses and white owners. Have told me that. So it not just black people.

@@blacklyfe5543 The comment above literally just told you his experience of discrimination and you say that? You calling him a liar? Thats why alot of people are starting to not have sympathy for black people, because black people think only their issues matter and that they are more important. I say this as a black person myself, that alot of black people are just no good and very mean, nasty people. Not all of course but enough to where everybody else knows it whether they admit or not.
