Awesome video, however, I do have one thing to mention. The way that the panic attack was portrayed in the video isn’t how it actually happens. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it seemed like he got the panic attack out of nowhere. Realistically, you are panicking about something and then a panic attack occurs and you can’t calm down. Not hate, just some constructive criticism.

Hi this is not a hate message this is just some teaching about panic attacks. For someone who has them a lot and anxiety attacks. Anyway with a panic attack you can’t really tell when it’s going to happen it usually only happens when you are really panicked. This looks more like an anxiety attack. Again NOT hate just tell you this isn’t really how panic attacks are but it’s still an amazing video.

Nice video but I there is a problem in you're video Michael was so calm when he started Panicing.I had a Panic attack twice When you get panic attack it has extreme Pain In chest and it's mostly is in Heart side it hurts so bad that you would scream or ran to you're partner or parents or... It will end in 1-60 minutes and it's extremely painful but you made Michael so calm in this video. Nice video BTW.

@@Dabi-Cremation Alright And Okay Basically Yeah I Didnt Show How Michael Got Panic Attack Cause Lazy Okay So- Basically Michael Got Panic Attack Because C.C Said If He Not Sleep He Will Tell It To Mrs. Afton So Yeah He Actually Got Panic Attack From That Cause He Remind About His Past About Michael Not Got A Sleep Because He Was Helping C.C With His Nightmares(In My AU) And After That He Ended Up At Hospital That Actually Mrs.Afton Very Feels So Scared And Panic That Time Mrs.Afton Almost Faint Cause He Love Michael So Much But The Doctor Says "He's Gonna Be Okay Just Need A Rest" And Actually That's Make Mrs.Afton More Calm But Still Panicked About Michael. So Yeah That Was Michael Panicked About(He Didnt Want Mrs.Afton Got Scared, Panic Or Etc + He Love Mrs.Afton So Much) And Got A Panic Attack-(I Know Kinda Logic-) But In My Knowledge Panic Attack Got From Overthinking To Much And Scared If Anythings Bad Will Be Happens So Yeah- That's Probably Information I Can Tell To You- (Cant Really Tell It So Details)

@@Bluely_01 it happens when something bad and you really hate happens or you think about that thing so much. You're thinking about the thing you hate so much so you're heart and brain can't hold that much sadness the heart starts beating fast and hurting you're chest so the brain doesn't know how to fix it at the same time all the organs start to do the same as the heart did so it is really a bad feeling if you don't calm down in 1-60 minutes yes you would faint that's a really bad feeling.

@@Bluely_01 i havent meet a person who talks alots of languages like me. here we go. i speak: russian german english Japanese Chinese tai wan Vietnamese little bit of arabic every baltic language and Scandinavian language inculding estonia i speak french hungarian spanish brazil a little bit of Portuguese i speak american english polish and scottish. overall i speak roughly fuking 24 language. and almost write them perfectly expect for germany norway hungarian franch chinese tai wan and arabic
