I think trashing the jury shows extreme evil. They give up their life, they take an oath, they risk contempt charges for violating that oath. To demean and insult them that way is disgusting. It's on par with Amber's horrendous personality, but for Elaine to do that as well is particularly disgusting.
@sds7870

i felt sorry for a Elaine as i thought she was being bullied by Amber and was just doing her 'job' but that evaporated soon as she went to the media making accusations about the jury and other people.

I’ve been a juror 3x and am also a survivor of DV and SA. I always took my oath as a juror very very seriously and obeyed all the instructions given by the judges in the cases I sat on. Knowing that victims/survivors r sitting in the courtroom hoping the jury can help find them justice is something as a fellow victim/survivor that I wanted to do my best on if the EVIDENCE supported doing so. I watched this trial from start to finish myself bc I didn’t want MSM’s bias to impact me, and I wanted to decide for myself. I found AH to be the liar and the abuser and JD to be the injured party. I don’t have Twitter, FB, or IG so I wasn’t on social media either. I decided purely on what was presented in court. Most jurors take their oaths very seriously and do not want to be the responsible party for a mistrial or an appeals process.

I believe Johnny’s verbal abuse was actually reactive abuse to the abuse he was receiving from amber towards himself especially if you hear the hours of audio were she was going at him and trying to get a reaction from him whether that was from gaslighting taunting goading or hitting him Johnny’s reaction to ghat is called reactive abuse so yes they were both abusive but I believe having lived it myself I firmly believe it was reactive from Johnny to the abuse he was receiving

I couldn't agree more. Like the kitchen incident. It wasn't pretty, but he didn't touch her and it would take a saint to not lose one's temper at her behaviour. Bashing a cupboard or defacing a mirror is completely understandable imo. I am just worried (as per my separate comment) that as this juror's saying they were both abusive is grounds to invalidate the decision. I do so hope not :(

The funny think about the donation question, is donations have nothing to do at all with the defamation case. It's purely about her character. Had she responded in court "no, I really wanted to donate that money, and I believe one day I will, but I just haven't been able to", she would have passed with flying color. Instead, she kept trying to weasel her way out of it. She could have even said she changed her mind because her career wasn't taking off, whatever. But her actual response just made her impossible to believe.

I disagree with this take. The next question would have been the same which is "Why were you unable to donate the money?". The result would be the same. She had claimed publicly that she had donated the money because she "wanted nothing". The donation issue was to establish that she is a liar. There was no getting any flying colors on that scenario.

I try not to use bad language in my comments but that jury were absolutely fucking disgusting. Depp was a totally innocent man who has gone through hell at the hands of a patently obvious lying, scheming, theiving, spiteful trollop. His case was so cast iron he wouldn't have done too much better if he was Christ on the cross (I'm not religious). And for all that he has endured, much at the hands of the legal process it must be said, he got his OWN MONEY BACK AND THATS ALL. The award was in effect the return of his divorce settlement IF SHE PAYS UP.. That's it And to get that much he has had to spend $11m dollars at least in legal fees. Quite honestly the jury were feckless and cowardly. And the victory it handed Heard in court has only emboldened her. Yes it was her victory, because no man is going to have the strength of Depps case and such high priced legal representation. And yet he still lost. Getting your own money back at the cost of $11m in a trial which success is measured in dollars IS NOT A VICTORY FOR DEPP or any man looking to the courts for redress.

I took her alleged conditions into account when I watched the trial. Dr Curry was very helpful to me. I took her changeable emotions into account, and Dr Curry said Amber also didn't tend to use "I feel" statements. So for me, I gave Amber Heard a heck of a lot more leeway than I normally would do. I allowed for the flowery language AND her changeable emotions. For me, she was still not credible.

I think the fact the JD was abused as a child and watched his father be abused and never fight back but just take it, is the reason he did the same thing. I also believe, that he went back to using the drugs and alcohol to basically check out. AH never owned up to doing drugs and apparently lots of alcohol. He said he didn’t want to fail her and that everything AH did was the same things he witnessed his mother doing. JD still took care of his mother until she died despite all the abuse. I have never seen anything either of them were in and didn’t follow the whole trial. But it was clear just by watching them in court, who the more aggressive one was and it wasn’t JD.

Johnny was never abusive to her. He was reactive in that he would call her a bad name but it was she who was abusive and it kills me that she was still able to convince anyone that Johnny was abusive. He never hit her, the only time he accidentally touched her was ehen she had attacked him and he was teying to get away. Her foot getting scraped in the door, him ACCIDENTALLY hitting her head with his head. There was a mention that he kicked her but that was obvious he wasnt aware that he had and it was another occasion where he was teying to get away from her on a plane. When she would say "you just hit me" that is a statemymade when a person has accidentally hit you. Amber is Histrionic and will make any little thing into something big. Johnny was in hell with this crazy woman and I believe she wasnted him not to be alive. Can you imagine if this jad been a murder trial and she had claimed self defense and Johnny wasnt there to defend himself? She would have laughed all the way to the bank, been a poster child for DV and Johnnys name would have been ruined for eternity. The best thing to ever happen to Johnny was losing all the money because I believe it cooled her plans.

As I commented on a video from TUG. She wants an appeal, but she won't get one why? 1: she is broke. 2: she blames the 19million+ ppl out there on social media in support of a correct verdict 3: she blames Judy the Rockstar stenographer. (how they came to this is beyond even God) 4 she blames the Judge. (see number 3) 5: she blames the Jury 6: in not so many words but in the interview, she blames her legal team, basically. 7: She blames all the REAL experts. 8: she blames all the other witnesses, including Kate Moss, basically. 9: she blames that the "REAL" evidence, no-one knows about or has seen EVER, not being allowed. 9: she hasn't blamed the Tooth fairy yet but I am waiting for it. Yeah, so there's EIGHT things and possibly a Ninth, though it is a loooong shot, that show her chances of getting an appeal are slim at 0.001% at best. Won't be long before she has bailiffs at her door to collect her things for auction, also chances are she wil owe more including her sister, Elaine, Eve, IO (such a dumb name) after they and other are taken for further defamation cases.

Further to AH’s new accusations which now go back to 2011 when before she said the DV started later, is there any way the judge can stop her from talking, given the judgement, and given she has personally been accused of not letting a ‘binder’ of important evidence in to the trial? I feel that JD is being taunted now. It’s almost like AH is begging for him to sue her again.

5:50 to cover the donation problem its so simple I can't belive they went with this pledge vs donation crap. All she had to say is I have a financial manager who takes care of everything including my taxes and he broke the payments down into monthly or quarterly payments to help manage my assets and budget. Its easy and simple and makes sense. Just explain when she was getting the money from depp she didn't get it all at once so she set up this plan to manage her finances and continued doing so over the course of the year. The jury would have probably accepted that. On cross examinations she would just have to say on the show that she said she gave it to charity because that's just a turn of phrase and is much easier than saying I'm donating the money on a set schedule to help manage my finances. Just say the payments are automatically made and it was out of your mind you didn't think about it anymore and to you the money was gone. That might at least seem reasonable. Don't get me wrong im glad the jury found the way they did its just absurd to think of how stupid they must be to go yeah argue donate vs pledge that will make total sense.

Has anyone noticed that she bites her lower lips a lot? In fact if you were to look at her lip you can see though the lipstick a small little something there that can be from all the biting. Remember she had turned in a pic stating that Johnny had hit her in the lip. but its so clear that she did that to herself...

I agree with the jury decision but surprised the juror didn't mention AH breaking her own TRO by meeting with JD alone in a hotel room - the premises of a TRO is the person who sought it fears the party its against. No mention of the brown surprise in JD's bed, didnt mention AH's previous arrest for DV or TMZ. Perhaps those items carried weight but I would have thought those items were more important than the knife...but, not discounting the knife.

I’m glad this juror was able to put their side. I feel AH and her legal team have wrongly criticised the jury and accused them of not taking their roles seriously. In fact her legal team almost imply the jury was ‘stupid’ to come to the conclusion they did. And no one seems to have rapped them over the knuckles for it. Maybe Elaine’s recent meeting, and her subsequent silence, is finally an intervention from the judge or other authority to shut them up!

Herds interview if taken on face value, she appears to choose to not understand the importance of the donation incident? Saying she shouldn’t have had to donate the money to be believed? This makes no sense?Of course she didn’t have to donate the money, but having clearly stated she had on numerous occasions, this puts into question her credibility? On top of numerous other similar incidents???

I have a serious question to you as a lawyer. In another Video you said as a lawyer you dissect words & how people use them exactly. Now here is my question regarding what the Juror said about their use of Social Media. Before I try to explain what the Jurors words He used exactly mean, I want to say this is not my opinion, as I also believe the Jury Had other Things to do in their freetime... but here is what He said & what this means " Two ( or three) of us dont even have/Go on social Media & the Rest of us, Made it a Point Not to talk about it" I have my issues with the second part of this statement. Because: The Juror did NOT specificly say the Rest of them ( who have social Media) didnt go on it or Look at anything concerning Amber, Johnny or the Trial... he only Said they " Made a Point not to talk about it". That could indeed mean that one or more of them could have been on social Media but didnt discuss it in the Jury room or with Jury members, which is good. BUT since they were instructed Not to go Look at all, would that not give Elaine a loophole arguing that even If they didnt Talk about it they themselves could have been influenced? Could that not be enough doubt to at least have every Jury member declare unser oath they never looked? So If indeed one of them did Look, it might be enough to raise doubts whether the Jury was unbiased? And even If it' was Just one Juror, AS you have Said before, one Juror could totally influence the Outcome of the decision the Jury Made, right? So you get what I m trying to say? Only looking at the words & their meaning themselves. I would really Like to know your Take on that as a legal expert. The Second Point is the Juror saying they dismissed ALL witness statements from relatives, employees, Friends or anyone that wasnt a completely neutral source... which really only leaves a few witnesses for Johnnys Team to consider, none from AH Side... question: Are they allowed to Just dismiss any witnesses like that, as Long as they do it with both Parties? I know they can If the witness ist caught lying... but was that allowed ? Or did that also give AH or Elaine the Chance to get an Appeal easier? What ist your Point of View in this? Thank you so much. I Just recently came across your Account & nOw I m still catching Up on all the AH & JD Videos you uploaded. Many greetings from Germany. 💞

Don't jurors only get like $30/day? In some states, even the progressive ones, employers don't have to offer paid time off. Jury duty can be government mandated quasi-slave labor.

While I agree they were both abusive, Johnny’s was verbal, not physical as Amber accused him. His verbal abuse was in response to hers and her torment as well as the physical abuse endured from Amber. He vented to friends and family and she tried to use it against him. I also agree he was believable while she was not. In the UK interview she paused before answering about the donation of funds and by her facial expression it’s clear she was lying to make herself look honorable. I’m glad the juror is confirming that the jury acted as they were directed, what I don’t agree with is that Amber should have received anything. I understand why they went with the Waldman statement though as it mentioned “collusion with friends, etc” and not directly Amber alone. The jury enacted a proper decision. Will Amber ever come to terms with the decision, it don’t believe so. It’s sad really because the only way she could possibly find redemption is acceptance, admission and yes, face the fall out. Eventually it will pass.

I didn’t feel sorry for Elaine when she started to do interviews & saying what she did as she Is fully aware of the law. The one person I felt sorry for was the lawyer who sat on the other side of Amber he looked so uncomfortable & so confused about what she was pretend writing on that large notepad ??
