Like all your fans, I totally relate to and love this song. When I first heard it a year ago, it blew me away, and I played it over and over. And now, a year later, I love it way more. It is the exact perfect song to describe what's going on in tens of thousands of tiny rural towns across our country. It also holds the solution: We can channel our deep wish to fix things --- to stay and make things better. New leadership by young folks with ideas, creative economic plans, and the endless energy of youth to renovate our one-horse towns. In fact, we can grow our businesses into dozens of pastures filled up with healthy horses.🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎

Just heard this song for the first time tonight after listening to Bob Seger’s Shame on the Moon. My husband was trying to learn his song on the acoustic when we came across the acoustic (and in a studio I think) version of this song. I can’t believe we had never heard of BB Smoke, EVER, until now. My husband was in a band when we met in 1998 and I so so SOOOOO wish we had known about this awesome group back then. They would’ve torn the bar scene up even more!
