@@julosx It isn't unheard of for washing machines and dryers to start a fire as there are many electrical faults that can occur and I'm a victim of a house fire caused by a dishwasher. I never leave any applicances running when I'm out of the house.

When i was 4/5 our neighbour told my mum.. i’ll give this third girl born a hot bottle of milk.. we are Patel’s & i can’t afford to give her much when she marries.. my mum said leave her with me..i often used to wonder who this brown curly haired girl is .. my brother & her were same age.. mum had 2 baby bottles 2 little pillows.. they both get ribena or ovaltine at the same time.. we left East Africa & the neighbour said i’ll keep her .. i often wonder what she is now.. may be a high court judge..a surgeon.. a mother herself…hmm🤔
