This is indeed a fantastic CD. One question, though: The tracklist does list 12 tracks, but there are only 11 of them both here and in the rip. Seems the track titled "La Fria" could be missing?

Ah, I should have noted this in the blog post or somewhere else. Yes - there's 12 tracks listed, but only 11 on the actual CD. It's super weird, not only that but the last two tracks (A Santiago, Tus Lágrimas) seem to come from a totally different source than the rest of the disc. No idea what the circumstances of this release are.

Nope - haven't lived in Miami in over a decade. Found this from a Canadian seller, I thought it was from the Hispanic community in Toronto or Vancouver! I wonder who the heck runs this label. Super strange releases.
