✨ ℘a℘i 💖 animash ✨

MY FIRST VIDEO IN 60fps! To view it, change the quality to 720p60 :) The difference really shows with the rotating movements throughout the video!
Okay, so this video was wonderful to edit UNTIL the rendering process. I rendered this about 10 times (each time took about an hour); the first times were for fine-tuning, but the others were from continuous rendering glitches and graphics card errors. I don't know where the graphics card error came from all of a sudden, but I was able to find a solution without having to decrease the quality of my final video. I guess with a new computer comes new challenges!
Oh, I just got a new computer with 128GB of freaking RAM.
That's right: 128!! This project started to have considerable lag on my previous PC about halfway through (even with 12GB RAM). Transferring this project to another computer took some work, but in the end, the extra RAM and CPU power really helped push this one along! It's great getting to edit without the kind of lag that makes you want to flip a desk over. With the number of layers that I usually had going at a time for this, it really helped a lot (although I didn't have to deal with nearly ANY text layers with this edit. That's one thing that makes this video unique from most of my other ones: close to no text. I let the clips do all of the talking instead!).
Oh, and another thing that I noticed was that this render (even in 720p HD) was generally more pixely in the final result than I've experienced for my previous videos. Maybe it's hard to see on the KZbin player's HD, but it can be visible in especially colorful background frames. I'm not sure whether it's due to the clips that I used, my current graphics card on my new computer, or some Sony Vegas setting. My new computer came packed full with a lot of mysteries, I guess! I'll solve them all in time.

WHUT I deeply dislike the chipmunks movie but damn they gave life to this video. Ehh sorry I'm kinda late to this video but I need to comment cause I enjoyed it too much. OUTSTANDING use of footage, real amazing! Kept me interested the whole time.. mmm my absolute favorite part was 1:26-1:30, I went all WHAAAAT!? CLEVER OMG *replays that part* very nice. Said it already, the chipmunks look AMAZING, their dancing fit perfectly, 2:47 was a nice lip sync too. Also, effects of course, the rotating movements are so well edited, love how you handled them. I'm just here thinking how many layers you dealt with on Vegas while making this and I get a headache xD and yeh, this doesn't need any text at all, the clips speak for themselves.

The Chipmunks are kind of a show where you either love it or you hate it XD So it's okay that you don't like The Chipmunks, understandable XD I couldn't help but use them for this edit though, like you said, they really gave life to this one and I think the clips fit really well with this style of song~! ♥ Ohhh I'm so happy you like the part at 1:26 that I did with Peter Pan! It was a unique choice that I hoped would be received well. This was the first time (and only time so far) that I based an edit on those rotating frames. I think I'll have to do it again sometime, that was super fun and it turned out better than expected! Thanks again~! ♥ Oh, and I had 23 total layers for this, video and audio included XD

I feel that if I start something, I should finish it or I may regret not finishing it later. I have some really old projects just sitting in my folders WAITING, BEGGING me to finish them haha. Maybe with my new 128GB RAM computer, I can finish them someday :) The lag will definitely be less, that's for sure XD I always like to use unique movies whenever possible, I think it really 'spices up' the video and makes it unique.
