Him talking about how people return movies to the wrong store makes a-lot of sense why Blockbuster went bankrupt. Sure we had Netflix but the fact if a customer was too lazy or didn't care about brining it back to the right store, that the store it got returned to ( the wrong BB) had to pay for shipping. Imagine how many times a day this more than likely happened. This and their agreements close to the end of their time ( like requiring a CC on file to rent PS3 or 360 games) really messed them up.

Return it to the public library? Finest Hollywood script writers can't make that up. My sides are splitting.
