You’ve been spot on. I too have a feeling that he disposed of her at a body of water. In loudon county where her phone last pinged there’s algokian park. Her husband liked to fish. It’s a popular fishing spot. When you said body of water and moon. That park came to mind because I happened to go kayaking during the full moon super moon t last Monday.
