I often ski in France with guides, none of them wearing helmets, I guess it’s a culture thing, probably similar to in US no one closes bars on chair lifts 😊

No helmet, no matter how sick the skiing, is not something to promote. Youth see this and think it's "cool" to not wear a helmet and will be aspiring to mimic these professionals, this is promoting a very dangerous action, riding without a helmet. You guys need to think about these things.
