I like these tutorials would like to see a military one I can’t figure out how to build a base in another allied country
@johnnycrenshaw94385 жыл бұрын
IK i'm late, however you just have to meet with the head of state & negotiate a higher base count. If you're allied you probably are already allowed to have built some bases already, you'll just need to negotiate for more.

When you subsidize, or that a monthly cost, a one-time cost, or monthly cost until the sector is caught up to consumption or preferred values?

Is there a way to speed up construction? I grow tired of opening all the menus each time just to place 1 plant. Something like hold shift?

My neighbouring county keeps on cutting electricity contracts due to their economy. I can’t build much hydroelectric, not enough either. How do I make my neighbouring country not to cancel my electricity contract? The country has 100+ surplus electricity

There is a bug with wind energy I belief.. Both onshore and off-shore.. Atleast in my game if I construct either of them and they should produce +- 2 terrawat.. The game says they instead produce between 10 and 20 terrawatt but in reality they dont.. In my games countries like South Africa have a lot of electricity in surplus but mostly because of that what a I think is a bug The game does calculate the number right, but it sadly does show the wrong number to you it seems. Try lowering the number to about a 5 or 10% of what their current surplus is and see if the AI still does it.. Dont know if it is a bug, but it is something I have consistently seen as well in the 2020 version as in the past versions.. Just avoid wind energy.. Pretty shiite because it is 1 of the better once, but it destroys your image of what exactly you or your neighbour produces.. In my experience just stay with Solar until Nuclear becomes a affordable option.

You are incorrect, subsidising an industry or increasing production by other means does affect your trade balance, I have done this many times. Also non renewable resources do slowly reduce over time, this happens much faster with shale oil and natural gas compared to non conventional extraction, you can click on a well to show it's output

Please play Philippines please. I subsidize uranium and still zero production i have nuclear power plant
@lifehappenscoffeehelps60713 жыл бұрын
i think oil and gas wells have some bugs. whenever i built oil-gas wells the production goes dramatically down after some times pasts and never goes up again. i dont know if this relates with manpower or not cuz i am immediately starting to build another 50-100 wells.

Doesn't Onshore wind farm produce more energy than solar power plant? you have 22 onshore wind farms producing 215Twh. this results in 9.8Twh per plant. Solar energy produces 40Twh from 14 power plants which result in 2.9Twh per solar power plant. So wouldn't Onshore wind be more cost efficient?

Good analysis, but it's a set amount by Eversim. Me and a friend calculated it for every plant and I checked it myself as the US.
@thegramzo6 жыл бұрын
The amount is different for every nation, also where you place a solar or wind farm also affects output
@theloniousmonk815 жыл бұрын
I am very grateful for your work to clarify some obscure points that are not even in the user manual and you have to walk around guessing. Eversim could improve that too. a complete user manual. I would like to ask you why some nuclear plants do not produce? I bought all the uranium my country needed. and the last question ... when you make a commercial contract with a nation, and you put in a contract for a year, for example, when you sign the contract, do you recive the total of all the amount of the commodity that you buy, or do you recibe gradually month by month until the end of the contract? Or will it be gradually received until the end date of the contract? the same when you sell ... the money enters everything at the moment you sign the contract? Or are you going to charge monthly until the contract ends? Thank you

Sooo if I want say 200Tw of power, I need to build 200 solar plants! I'm currently playing as Japan. My demand is 2400TW. I've built 90 nuclear stations, it is still not enough + 2 of them have blown up and killed many people. I want to use renewable, but the thought of laying down 2000 power stations in a game is ridiculous. When I look at other nations, they have much larger solar arrays ... but I can't make bigger ones. Take China, in my game I can only lay 500 solar cells per plant. China has plants with over 200,000 solar cells. But I have no way of increasing the number of solar cells per plant ... it seems like the game is broken. its not possible to have a realistic renewable energy policy no matter how rich you are (I'm very rich as Japan). I cleared the huge national debt they start with and have a 2 trillion surplus every year.
@johnnycrenshaw94385 жыл бұрын
These are all actually real problems japan faces. Typhoons, or hurricanes as Americans call them, have decimated japan's nuclear energy infrastructure more than once over the last 20 years. You're constricted by size in japan. The reason China possesses such a vast solar array is its size. The struggles with japan are even greater in its economy, because it has a low birthrate, so everything in the economy is restricted. The economy hasn't grown an inch in it's gdp in about 10 years. So you can argue your monetary policy achievements are quite unrealistic. Japan should be completely unable to escape it's stagnant economy and remain in a deficit for years.

Con you help me with the debt remboursment because it always growh and i do not now how fight it
@johnclayton49465 жыл бұрын
You have a budget deficit! If the GDP number on the top is minus it means you're spending more money than you have! Go to budget and see if the number is -2% of the GDP you're having a budget deficit! You need to cut spending somewhere or raise some kind of tax!
@johnnycrenshaw94385 жыл бұрын
you control debt reimbursement by borrowing less. Meet with lenders across the world under the debt button. You can negotiate an interest rate for the money you're borrowing. Make sure that your national deficit matches it's current projections for the quarter or does better, meaning you have to borrow the same amount of money or less than the last quarter or your lenders have legal recourse to change the interest rate on your debt. Basically if you're experiencing debt reimbursement problems hold off on big infrastructure & spending projects or you'll get buried in interest.

keep unemployment at 2-4 percent. You'll have plenty of manpower for any projects you need. If you need to increase unemployment you increase the minimum wage, or increase the average hours in a work week. To decrease unemployment do the opposite.
