I think it's kinda nice walking in rain as long as I'm dressed appropriately. It's no fun walking with soaking shoes. Always need to be waterproof.

New York is a beautiful city, I lived there 8 years but don't miss it. Too lonely and too cold in the winter, and rats on the subway, and too expensive, and too difficult to find a decent place to live unless you're a millionaire. In brief, it sucks, it was a childhood dream to live in NY (and am from overseas), but once I knew it, I found it was not what I had imagine. But i still think the city is beautiful.

Blackened Shadow 112 degrees would make me break down. I would need to be put in a mental hospital. I can’t deal with hot humid weather. I have seasonal affective disorder. I payed brick for around twenty years out in the sun. Summer time in Charlotte NC is horrible. It stays around 95 degrees with 70% + humidity and the dew point is always higher than the humidity. Hardly no wind or breeze.

I've been there and New Jersey. The Twin Towers were still standing. And they had refurbished the Statue of Liberty. My kids were young but they had a ball. New York was fun!!!

Awesome video! I was out there too - but I came to Times Square from South, and stopped by Bryant Park. The umbrella was barely enough to keep my head dry! My shoes were completely soaked and the sideways rain got the rest of me. I think we went at slightly different times, cause the guy at 40:00 under the Discover Broadway's Secrets stand was playing saxophone when I was there.
