Lynch plays like a mother on the entire album. Untouchable. Songwriting, riffs, sound, and these insane solos...killer phrasing and licks really leading somewhere. 1987 was such a great year. Whitesnake 1987 with John Sykes, Def Lep Hysteria,...

OMG Don's vocals here!!!!!!!!! The guy could hit those perfect high notes that sound so classically metal with the tone of that guitar!! Miss when this music was king

When Dokken was on their game, NOBODY could touch them! I still remember when they opened for Metallica, they not only held their own, they stole the show! at one point people were chanting " we want dokken!" During Metallica's set.

Something about how Mr Scary plays his chords that just rips! Not sure if he's using some funky vibrato or compressor on his chords or what. I'm so glad Ozzy's drunk ass fired Lynch, otherwise we'd have never gotten to hear the Metal legends that Dokken eventually became. George's guitar solos are always a "Show-Stopper" as he just tears all the ass out of this "Outro" guitar solo.

Basically my point was I wish that man got more credit for his imprint on rock music, he lives and breathes music, and I have no doubt that as long as he's alive you will continue to get what he hears in his head, cheers dude, been a God to me for 30 years

Lynch, even on the outro of the song puts in creative fills and variations of his main solo hook so it doesn't feel repetitive.
