I literally just rode I305 at kings dominion Monday. Those transitions give me I305 vibes. Love the first drop and the water, such a good touch. 🧯🔥🔥🔥 also, the bunny ears hills right before the break run (the two hills that are cut short because of the track) look like pure thigh killers. 👌

I305 is my #1 bucket list coaster And yeah the last few hills are killer ones because the airtime comes very quick, I made the transition shorter...maybe a bit unusual for Intamin but I tried to do them a bit like RMC does it Anyways, thanks for your comment 😃

@@ryanmcdonnell5988 Yeah I guess if you're not monetizing your videos it's OK for them but idk maybe I wanna monetize my videos later...not because I want the money, but because I don't want KZbin to get all of the money (they're already monetizing my videos for their own profit)

How do you change from single spine to double spine and back? I know how to make the next gen backbone track using PVM's 3ds max plugin but I only know how to make the whole track single/double spine.
@HiAnonym3 жыл бұрын
I use a NoLimits2 mod which changes the actual spine track style to the modern one...you can find it on the official NL2 discord server

Great design, but not a Mega Coaster. Mega Coasters are between 100 and 200 feet and have no inversions. Mega =100+ Hyper =200+ Giga =300+ Terra/Strata =400+ Great ride, but the name was distracting when the first inversion occurred.
@HiAnonym2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It's called mega coaster because it's Intamin's Mega Coaster Model...I didn't specify it for what height it has, but for which model it actually is. Intamin calls their coasters that focus on airtime (like EGF or Goliath) Mega Coaster, B&M calls their equivalent of a coaster Hyper Coaster. The height specific prefixes are something Cedar Fair invented and I'm not taking account of them in my descriptions. Also in my opinion modern Mega or Hyper Coasters can also feature inversions...that gives it a fun little twist without the coaster becoming an inversion focused one. Lastly, Cedar Fair didn't even include the term Mega Coaster in their "naming procedure"...Mega Coasters don't have to be between 100 and 200 ft

@@HiAnonym thanks for the extra detail, I didn’t know that :-D I’d heard the terms used for heights on many coasters outside the Cedar Fair Parks (not sure why CF came up?) when discussing heights of coasters. Good to know that there have been updates in industry terminology. Still have the video a thumbs up, it just threw me off initially :-)
@HiAnonym2 жыл бұрын
Yeah no problem...it's sometimes pretty complicated with all of these terms and so on...Cedar Fair used these names ultimately as part of their marketing campaigns to advertise their new coasters...and the GP happily accepted these terms..."wow this one is a giga that means it is better than the other one" that are these stupid statements that come from such marketing strategies
