The thing that breaks my heart but still also fills it with pride and respect for my people is the realization that average wage per month for Pakistani people is around $200 even less mostly and due to inflation prices have gone so far up it’s almost like living in America people still giving away free stuff even though they have kids hungry at hope. You as a foreigner from another part of the world have a different microbiome in your gut so you should try and avoid drinking water or taking ice or eating salad (cold) in the sub-continent. Your gut is not used to the bacteria of the area. Cooked hot food or hot drinks like chai etc. are no problem. For cold drinks just get bottled water or bottled drinks
