If you guys can't claim the daily prize then all you have to do is play Pinnacle once (you have to do it again if you can't claim your daily prize)

I got all the pets by doing this, first you install an old version of blackmoor 2 and log in to it, you enter a game and you will be given the option to buy for coins,Also by doing this you can get many coins

I have actually figured it out you have to play one story mission and complete it so just play a arena with whatever hero and complete it in story and collect! Hopefully it helps!
